A Heron Africa Curated ProductHospitality & bookings by Heron Africa · Flight operations & CAA compliance by MySky.africa

For investors

Asset-light. Compliance-heavy. Africa-ready.

We don't own aircraft. We don't hold the AOC. We don't take currency risk on member capital. We do hold the contract, the brand, and the Pan-African circuit IP.

Why Botswana + South Africa

BW solves payments (EUR, no SARB), tax (0% VAT on membership), and neutrality. SA solves operations (SACAA AOC via FlyJetStream, Wonderboom hangar, real engineers). The split is the whole architecture.

Structure

Member EUR → MySky.africa BW → splits to FlyJetStream (air, with all flight liability) + Black Heron (ground, hospitality liability) + FutureAir (tech license). Liability flow stops at the AOC and the lodge — never at MySky.africa.

Risk Register

CAA → FlyJetStream's AOC. PE → Transfer pricing memo + BW substance. PTR/ATOL → split invoices. Land use → Black Heron leases. FX → BW EUR-denominated, no SARB exposure.

Market

EU gyro recreational segment growing 3.5% CAGR. Addressable EU/UK affluent buyer pool ~€18M. 60 Founders × €30k = €1.8M Yr1 revenue with negative working capital.

Use of Funds — €500k

Aircraft deposits (ELA + AutoGyro), FutureAir integration, BW office substance, sales (EU roadshow), CAA legal.
