Objections, answered.
- Do I own the aircraft?
- No. Aircraft are operated by FlyJetStream under SACAA AOC. You own access, not metal.
- Can I bring my own pilot?
- No. AOC operations only — that's why you're insured.
- What if FlyJetStream is AOG the night before?
- We reroute or refund hours. No questions.
- Can I exit?
- 60-day notice in writing. Pro-rata refund settles from MySky.africa BW within 14 days. Hours and nights reconciled; held seats refunded inside the 48-hour window. 25% of unused hours roll to Year 2.
- Can I use my own lodge?
- Yes — but no Black Heron rate or host service applies.
- I land KPI late — what then?
- Black Heron lounge at Longmere stays open until last commercial arrival. Rooms on the dam if you would rather sleep before flying. Sprinter waits.
- Can I start at Hoedspruit instead of a hub?
- Founders + Corporate yes — we position the aircraft to Hoedspruit at the start of your circuit. Explorers depart from Wonderboom or Longmere only.
